40 cm closed and 49 cm all open (plastic cord lock stopper clasp and paw beads at the end of the toggles)

You can make it a “breakaway” collar, if you take one of the paw beads off the toggles.

The EM collar is only an addition to a regular dog collar. Do not attach a leash to it!
