31 cm closed and 38 cm all open (plastic cord lock stopper clasp, toggles and paw beads at the end)

You can make it a “breakaway” collar, if you take one of the paw beads off the toggles.

Acrylic pearls (not metal !!!) are braided into this EM collar.

The EM collar is only an addition to a regular dog collar. Do not attach a leash to it!
