Closed 42 cm and all open 52 cm (adjustable with a plastic cord lock stopper) You can make it a “breakaway” collar, if you take one of the paw beads off the toggles.

Acrylic (NO METAL) pearls are braided into this EM collar. Pretty and functional!

The EM collar is only an addition to a regular dog collar. Do not attach a leash to it!
