Returns and Cancellations
If I've made a mistake like using the wrong colours or something is damaged in shipping, please let me know immediately and send it back in its original and unused condition within 7 days. I will replace the item as fast as possible!
I do not accept returns if customer provides wrong measurements or is not happy with their own colour or bead choices.
Cancellation of an order
We will charge a cancellation fee of CAD 2$ per cancelled order due to transaction fees.
